The future policy must describe how the app, website and chosen AI providers actually operate. Confirm the following information before publication.
Who is responsible for your data
The owner's legal name, country, postal address and data protection contact: information required from the owner.
What data is processed
Clarify how audio, transcripts, translations, access keys, technical logs and analytics are handled, separately for the app and website. The local website version has no data collection forms, analytics or AI requests; only the selected language is saved in the browser.
Providers, storage and transfers
Clarify data recipients, retention and deletion periods, processing countries, AI provider terms and the grounds for international transfers. Do not promise no storage or encryption without checking the implementation.
Your rights and age requirements
Confirm applicable rights, how to make a request, the legal bases for processing, the minimum age and rules for use by children. Do not request personal information until the process is approved.
